Moving The Mission

Distribution built to move commodities as fast as procurement brings them in

The National Commodity Supply Corporation of India procures foodgrains, pulses and oilseeds to support remunerative prices for farmers and a stable supply for consumers. None of that works without a logistics network that can move stock out of procurement centres and warehouses on schedule, at scale, and without loss in transit.

Our fleet, rail linkages and last-mile distribution routes exist to prevent distress sales at one end and stock-outs at the other, keeping the agricultural supply chain moving in both directions.

How A Consignment Moves

From dispatch to doorstep, six checkpoints

Every consignment follows the same tracked sequence, regardless of commodity, vehicle type or destination.

Dispatch Planning01

Dispatch Planning

Routes and vehicles are allocated against procurement volumes and destination demand before a single truck leaves the yard.

Loading & Documentation02

Loading & Documentation

Loaded lots are matched against e-way bills, quality notes and warehouse release records before departure is authorised.

In-Transit Tracking03

In-Transit Tracking

Every vehicle is GPS-tagged, giving dispatch control live visibility of location, speed and estimated arrival throughout the route.

Checkpoint Verification04

Checkpoint Verification

Scheduled checkpoints confirm the load is intact and on-route, with automatic alerts raised for any unplanned stop or delay.

Last-Mile Distribution05

Last-Mile Distribution

Consignments are broken down and routed to fair price shops, mandis and regional depots for final-leg delivery.

Fleet Mix

Six vehicle formats, matched to the route and load

Vehicle allocation depends on commodity, route distance and access, not a single standard truck for every run.

Bulk Grain Carriers

Open and covered bulk carriers for high-volume foodgrain movement between procurement centres and godowns.

Refrigerated Trucks

Temperature-controlled reefer vehicles for moisture-sensitive pulses and oilseed consignments.

Rail Freight Wagons

Rail-linked wagon rakes for long-haul, high-tonnage interstate movement at lower per-tonne cost.

Containerized Trucks

Sealed container trucks for tamper-evident transit of packaged and branded commodity stock.

Last-Mile Delivery Vans

Smaller vans built for narrow-access routes to fair price shops, mandis and local depots.

Multi-Axle Trailers

Heavy multi-axle trailers for maximum-load interstate runs on national highway corridors.

What keeps a consignment on schedule

GPS Fleet Tracking

Every vehicle in the network is tracked live, with route deviation and delay alerts sent to dispatch control.

Route Optimization

Route-planning software cuts empty runs and matches vehicle capacity to actual load volumes.

Temperature-Controlled Transit

Reefer vehicles hold moisture-sensitive commodities within safe transit temperature bands.

Digital Proof of Delivery

Timestamped, signed e-PODs replace paper delivery challans across the distribution network.

Driver Safety & Compliance

Verified drivers, mandated rest-stop schedules and vehicle fitness checks across the fleet.

24×7 Transit Monitoring

A round-the-clock control room tracks every consignment from dispatch through to final delivery.

Standards We Follow

A fleet you can plan a delivery window around
